Mr. Eubanks’ Class Procedures

 

Class Rules:

  1. Physical Restraint

  2. Verbal Restraint

  3. On Task

  4. Complete Assignments

  5. Assigned Area

  6. First Response

 Dress Code:

  1. Shirts tucked in at all time.

  2. Belts worn on pants with belt loops.

  3. Thursday is dress up day.

  4. No ball caps inside the school building.

  5. No holes in clothes

  6. Clothes must be clean and neat.

 Class Procedures:

  1. Enter class quietly and greet classmates politely.

  2. Remove all needed materials for present class and place book bag in assigned area. (No going back during class time).

  3. Be in class dress code. (will be marked tardy)

  4. Be seated BEFORE the bell rings. (will be marked tardy)

  5. Start bell ringer on the board.

  6. Leaving class for Water/Restroom break. Time will be made up on the following Thursday after school.

  7. If not participating in assigned Classwork, student will be signed out until proper participation is resumed. Time will be made up on the following Thursday after school.

  8. Clear water bottles are allowed. If water becomes a behavior problem the right will be revoked until teacher returns the right to bring it back in.

  9. There will be No food, gum, or drinks (except water) allowed.

  10. There will be no horse playing, wrestling, or touching allowed. (assault charges will be filed)

  11. Cheaters will be given a zero and written up.

  12. Do not touch anything that does not belong to you. Stealing will result in being written up and charges filed.

  13. Do not touch anything on Mr. Eubanks’ desk.

  14. Computer time is earned. A “C” average in ALL classes must be maintained. Any failure to complete any assignments will forfeit the computer time for that day. Any failure of a test/Quiz will also forfeit computer time for the day.

  15. Do not touch Mr. Eubanks’ Stereo unless told to by the teacher in charge.

  16. If a student makes below a 70% for IEP behaviors in any class computer time will be forfeited for the day.
