Assignment Requirements
1. All assignments turned in must be in blue or black ink or typed. Pencils are for scan-type tests and may be used for class notes.
2. All assignments turned in must be on full sheets of letter size, white, loose-leaf notebook or printer paper.
3. No class work or homework is accepted late. It must be turned in with the rest of the class’ work unless the student has an excused absence.
4. All assignments must be properly labeled with name, date, and assignment title in the upper right-hand corner. Multiple pages must be stapled.
Remaining on Task and Leaving Class
Students must be engaged in learning academics the entire class period. No sleeping, socializing, or passing notes. Students must remain in their assigned seats unless given permission by the teacher to be elsewhere. Pencils should be sharpened before the tardy bell rings. Students should bring extra reading materials with them to enjoy if they finish an assignment early. Everyone must stay on task until the teacher dismisses at the end of class after the bell. Infrequent and necessary trips from the room may be granted at the teacher’s discretion. Abuse of this privilege will result in denial of request. A student must have his or her agenda to leave class.
