Peer Facilitation
Enhances skills for peer facilitators. Provides practice in modifying instructional methods methods and materials, enabling communication, and demonstrating appropriate social interaction skills. Peer facilitation is available upon approval bya teacher in vocational, math lab, and remedial classes for seniors who have passed the class with an 'A'. Juniors may also peer facilitate in remedial classes.

Social Leadership Skills I
Offers opportunity to develop leadership skills for your mental and social health. Social Leadership Skills I includes self-concept (how you feel about yourself), interpersonal relationships (your relationship with others), and stress management. You will experience hands-on activities during your educational experience. The objectives are designed to build positive social leadership skills through a variety of activities. The use of videos, guest speakers, team-building activities, journals, field trips, and article research will also be included in this course to enhance your social leadership skills.

Social Leadership Skills II (Mentoring Component)
Offers the opportunity to develop one’s social leadership skills. One will experience hands-on activities and interact in real-life leadership opportunities. The objectives are designed to build skills starting from within the individual, moving to group and team processes, and climaxing with community involvement. The use of videos, guest speakers, team-building activities and site visits will also be included in this course to enhance one’s leadership abilities.
